This GA pass provides access for 1 attendee to each festival for the entire festival, you'll get the same access as a weekend GA Pass for each festival.
Individual GA Passes are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Add ons, parking and upgrades must be purchased separately from each festival.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, all sales are final.
Terms and Conditions:
All sales of the IndepenDANCE Pass are final. The IndepenDANCE Pass grants entry for one individual to the festivals listed and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for any reason, including but not limited to festival cancellation, postponement, financial constraints, artist cancellations, weather conditions, or changes to venue or event dates. Each festival included in the pass operates independently, and Same Same But Different LLC shall not be held responsible for cancellations, changes, or alterations made by any of the other independently-operated festivals included in the pass. Any refunds or remedies requested due to cancellations or issues with other festivals must be directed to the respective festival organizers; Same Same But Different LLC will not issue refunds for such occurrences.
By purchasing the IndepenDANCE Pass, you consent to allow security teams at each respective festival to search your person and/or vehicle upon entry. The pass is purchased for the festivals collectively and not specifically for any particular artist's performance. All artists listed at each festival's website are confirmed at the time of publication, but each festival reserves the right to alter, change, or reschedule any artists, performances, dates, venues, or event details without obligation to issue refunds.
The pass holder grants participating festivals the right to use their image or likeness as captured on film, video, photography, or any electronic medium utilized during the events for promotional purposes without compensation.
All participating festivals reserve the right, without refund of any portion of the pass price, to refuse admission or eject any individual whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with festival rules and regulations. Same Same But Different LLC and each participating festival are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Talent lineup, festival schedule, and event details are subject to change without prior notice.
